EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 515 December 26, 1978 TRANSFERRING THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE PAMBANSANG KATIPUNAN NG KABATAANG BARANGAY NG PILIPINAS FROM THE MLG TO THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT WHEREAS, Presidential Decree No. 1191 created the Pambansang Katipunan ng Kabataang Barangay ng Pilipinas, to be referred to as the KB Pambansang Katipunan, as a corporation directly under the Office of the President; WHEREAS, there is a need to transfer the Calendar Year 1979 appropriation for the KB Pambansang Katipunan from the Ministry of Local Government and Community Development to the Office of the President; WHEREAS, the President has continuing authority under Presidential Decree No. 1416 to, among other things, transfer appropriations from one ministry, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality to another; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E.
