MALACAÑANGM a n i l a PRESIDENTIAL DECREE No. 1506 TRANSFERRING TO THE TARLAC COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF MAYANTOC AND SAN CLEMENTE, PROVINCE OF TARLAC WHEREAS, the Constitution of the Philippines guarantees state support to educational institutions to attain national development with view to developing scientific, technological and vocational efficiency; WHEREAS, Section 5(g) of Presidential Decree No. 6-A, otherwise known as the "Educational Development Decree of 1972," cites that one project of the ten year educational development program is to give assistance and incentives, including loans, grants, for the development and improvement of programs and facilities in both public and private universities, colleges and schools; WHEREAS, Presidential Decree No. 609 provides for the creation of a College of Forestry, College of Veterinary Medicine and College of Inland Fishery to be among the constituent colleges of the Tarlac College of Agriculture; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to the students of the Tarlac College of Agriculture to have a wide laboratory area for their field of...
