Until otherwise provided by law or executive order, the following portions of Manila reclamation area No. 1 are hereby withdrawn from the operation of subsection (b) of section two Act No. 1654

EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 11

Until otherwise provided by law or executive order, the following portions of Manila reclamation area No. 1 are hereby withdrawn from the operation of subsection (b) of section two Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and fifty-four of the Philippine Commission and are designated and specified for the public uses herein below enumerated:

For the use of Bureau of Customs, block No. 23.

For the use of the Bureau of Supply, blocks Nos. 20, 22, and a revocable permit for the use of block No. 64 for storage of structural steel.
