- The following portions of Manila reclamation area No. 1 are withdrawn from the operation of subsection (b) of section two of Act No. 1654 of the Philippine Commission:
• Block No. 23 is designated for the use of the Bureau of Customs. (Section 1)
• Blocks Nos. 20 and 22 are designated for the use of the Bureau of Supply. (Section 1)
• A revocable permit is granted for the use of block No. 64 by the Bureau of Supply for storage of structural steel. (Section 1)

EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 11
Until otherwise provided by law or executive order, the following portions of Manila reclamation area No. 1 are hereby withdrawn from the operation of subsection (b) of section two Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and fifty-four of the Philippine Commission and are designated and specified for the public uses herein below enumerated:
For the use of Bureau of Customs, block No. 23.
For the use of the Bureau of Supply, blocks Nos. 20, 22, and a revocable permit for the use of block No. 64 for storage of structural steel.
