Vicente Jazmines Having Been Certified by the Provincial Board of Samar

EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 20 Vicente Jazmines having been certified by the provincial board of Samar, acting as a board of canvassers, to have received a plurality of the votes legally cast for provincial governor of Samar in the general elections held in said province on June fourth, nineteen hundred and twelve, under the provision of section three of Act Numbered Fifteen hundred and eighty-two section one of Act Numbered Two thousand and forty-five and section one of Act Numbered Twenty-one hundred and seventy, and there being, in the opinion of the undersigned, no reason why Mr. Jazmines 's election should not be confirmed, the said election is in accordance with the provisions of section twenty-five of Act Numbered Fifteen hundred and eighty-two, as amended by section three of Act Numbered Seventeen hundred andtwent-six hereby confirmed.
