Retirement

Retiremen​t age is primarily determined by the existing agreement or employment contract. Only in the absence of such an agreement shall the retiremen​t age be fixed by law, which provides for a compulsory retiremen​t age at 65 years, while the minimum age for optional retiremen​t is set at 60 years.
