GervacioWHEREAS, a new tax measure is being imposed by law as a fast and systematic method to undertake the remittance of withholding taxes and other payments to the BIR;WHEREAS, in order to effect such new tax measure, a resolution must be passed by the Municipal Council of Bacoor, Cavite to comply with the requirement of the BIR, for the enrollment of the Municipality of Bacoor to their Electronic Filing and Payment System (EFPS);WHEREAS, as another requirement from the Land Bank of the Philippines, before the municipality could be enrolled to the EFPS is to identify our authorized internet users for all official transactions concerning the municipality as approved by the Municipal Mayor and all Department Heads concerned;NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon.
