June 4, 2018BANK BULLETIN NO. 15-18TO:All Authorized Agent Banks   SUBJECT:Acceptance of BIR Form 0605 in Lieu of the Forthcoming BIR Form 2200C for the Final Withholding of Excise Tax on Invasive Cosmetic Procedures This is to inform all AABs that a tax advisory was issued last May 18, 2018 amending Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 9-2018 and Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 4-2018 on the use of BIR Form No. 1620XC — Final Withholding of Excise Tax on Invasive Cosmetic Procedures. aDSIHcIn consequence, BIR Form No. 1620XC will soon be replaced by BIR Form No. 2200C and a separate advisory will be issued to such effect as soon as the latter became available for use.In view thereof, all AABs are hereby advised to accept BIR Form No. 0605 — Payment Form indicating therein ATC Code "XC010" and Tax Type "XC" in lieu of the forthcoming BIR Form 2200C for all concerned taxpayers who will be paying excise tax on Invasive Cosmetic Procedures.For your guidance and strict compliance.(SGD.)
