Acceptance of Tax Payments for All Taxpayers under the Jurisdiction of National Capital Region, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal

August 6, 2020BANK BULLETIN NO. 12-20TO : All BIR Authorized Agent Banks   SUBJECT : Acceptance of Tax Payments for All Taxpayers under the Jurisdiction of National Capital Region, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal In Bank Bulletin No. 2020-11, all Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) were advised to accept tax payment from taxpayers registered Revenue District Office (RDO) Nos. 24 to 34, 38 to 54B even out-of-district returns due to the declaration of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) in National Capital Region (NCR), Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal for the period August 4, 2020 to August 18, 2020. In connection to said bank bulletin, AABs are advised to also accept tax payments from taxpayers under RDO Nos. 55, 56 and 57 even out-of-district returns since said RDOs are within the province of Laguna which is under MECQ.AABs are further reminded that this bank bulletin shall take effect immediately until MECQ imposed on aforementioned areas has been lifted and placed under General Community Quarantine (GCQ).For your guidance and strict compliance.(SGD.)
