August 30, 2019OPERATIONS MEMORANDUM NO. 014-19TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Additional Mandatory Information to be Encoded in the Electronic Certificate Authorizing Registration (eCAR) System This refers to the verification of One-Time Transactions (ONETT) payment records with Integrated Tax Systems-Collection and Bank Reconciliation System (ITS-CBRS) wherein the Authorized Agent Bank (AAB) and its Branch Code are among the parameters being used in the inquiry of such payment records.In view thereof and in order to easily and accurately validate the payments made by the ONETT taxpayers in the ITS-CBRS, it is hereby directed that the AAB name and code, as well as the AAB branch name and code, be mandatorily encoded in the Bank/RCO Code field of the eCAR System.
