All Refund Checks Covering Withholding Taxes on Salaries and Wages to be signed by the Revenue Operations Head (Assessment)

April 4, 1966REVENUE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 03-66In order to attain coordination and expediency in the release of refund checks, it appearing that reports of examination covering refunds of taxes, both withheld and assessed, are approved by the Revenue Operations Head (Assessment), all refund checks covering withholding taxes on salaries and wages will hereafter be signed by the Revenue Operations Head (Assessment).This Revenue Administrative Order modifies Revenue Administrative Order No. 13-64 dated November 2, 1964, affecting treasury warrants covering disbursements of the Bureau, as well as all warrants covering the refund of taxes, and takes effect immediately. aisadc (SGD.)
