May 24, 2018DOF DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL ORDER NO. 469-18SUBJECT : Amended Guidelines in the Designation of Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers and Assistant Treasurers In the interest of service, pursuant to Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, Executive Order No. 292, series of 1987, otherwise known as the Administrative Code of 1987, and Civil Service Commission (CSC) Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 24, s. 2017, otherwise known as the 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resource Actions, and in line with Department Order (DO) No. 053.2016 (Establishing the Standardized Examination and Assessment for Local Treasury Service (SEAL) Program), the guidelines on the designation of provincial, city and municipal treasurers and assistant treasurers provided under Department Personnel Order (DPO) No. 562.2016, dated 10 November 2016, are hereby amended, as follows:"xxx xxx xxx2.
