September 4, 2009REVENUE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 013-09SUBJECT:Amendment of the Title of Revenue Region No. 5, Valenzuela, to Revenue Region No. 5, Caloocan   TO:All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned  I. Objective:This Order is issued in line with the Bureau's efforts of bringing revenue service closer to the taxpaying public by proper identification of the place of business of Revenue Region No. 5. It also aims to eliminate sources of confusion which contribute to the delay and/or difficulty on the part of taxpayers in availing our services. II. Change of title of Revenue Region No. 5, Valenzuela:To achieve the above objectives, the title of Revenue Region No. 5, Valenzuela is amended to Revenue Region No. 5, Caloocan, indicative of the location of the office of said regional office. cSaCDTFromTo  RR-5, ValenzuelaRR-5, CaloocanIII. Repealing Clause:This Order supersedes all revenue issuances and/or portions thereof inconsistent herewith.IV. This Order takes effect immediately.
