Valesco, Jr.  Explanatory NoteThis new Schedule of Fair Market Values is enacted into Ordinance pursuant to Sections 219 and 212 of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 that mandates the City Assessor to conduct a general revision of real property assessments once every three years.
