AquinoExplanatory NoteOn request of the Professional Regulation Commission and as practiced in other cities to assist in the collection of the professional registration fees by the Professional Regulation Commission, in reciprocation of the Professional Regulation Commission demanding for evidence of payment of the Annual Professional Tax, this Ordinance is submitted for adoption. Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Zamboanga City, that:SECTION 1. The City Treasurer of Zamboanga City or his duly authorized representative shall not accept payment of the annual professional tax unless there is evidence of payment of annual registration fee paid to the Professional Regulation Commission.SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.ENACTED: September 7, 2000.  (SGD.)
