RentoySECTION 1. Title. — This ordinance shall be known as the "Medical Services Fees and Charges".SECTION 2. Social Service. — The mission of the City Health Office, the Naga City Hospital, and Our Lady of Lourdes Infirmary is social service as they cater to the health care needs of Nagueños, especially those who cannot afford the high cost of healthcare in private clinics and hospitals.The City Health Office administers the overall health and sanitation services of the city.
