REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 03-15
The exigency of the revenue service so requiring and for expediency and ease in the processing of documents, authority of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue as stated under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 28-99 (RMO 28-99), is hereby delegated to Atty. DIOSDADO R. MENDOZA, Regional Director, Revenue Region No. 14 — Tacloban, (1) to represent this Office in accepting/signing the Deed of Donation as Donee, and (2) to perform such other acts as are necessary and indispensable for the eventual transfer in the name of the Bureau of Internal Revenue of the 1,500 square-meter lot located at Brgy. Dalakit, Municipality of Catarman to be donated by the Provincial Government of Northern Samar as office space of Revenue District Office No. 85 — Catarman N. Samar.
This authority, notwithstanding, the provisions of RMO No. 28-99 shall still be observed.
The authority shall automatically be revoked upon completion of, and shall be limited to, the aforesaid subject and function.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
