Documents submitted disclosed that CSCI OFFICERS & EMPLOYEES Multi-Purpose Cooperative (COEMPC, for short), of CSCI Compound North Poblacion, Maramag, Bukidnon, with TIN: 005-206-460, is a multi-purpose cooperative transacting business with both members and non-members; that it is registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) with Registration No. CGY-2753 dated September 6, 1999; that it was issued a Certificate of Good standing by CDA — Cagayan de Oro Extension Office on August 8, 2008; that the objectives and purposes for which it was formed are the following:
1. To encourage thrift and savings among members;
2. To provide housing through subdivision scheme to members who are in need in the future; and
