It appears that Recodo Integrated Workers Multi-Purpose Cooperative is a multi-purpose cooperative duly registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) under Certificate of Registration No. PAG-1215-95 dated November 24, 1995 with Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) 004-329-777; that it transacts business with members and non-members; that it was issued a Certificate of Good Standing by the CDA dated May 12, 2009; that the primary objectives for which it was formed are as follows:
1. To provide savings and credit facilities to its members, and develop other livelihood services for the members; and
