This JAO implements Sections 120 and 121, Chapter IV, Title I, and Section 800 (m), Chapter 1, Title VIII and related provisions of Republic Act No. 10863, otherwise known as the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA), and other applicable laws, rules and regulations.
