RE | : | Compliance with Land Registration Authority (LRA) Circular No. 19-2012 Dated 10 July 2012 |
The Administrator of the Land Registration Authority (LRA) has been furnishing the Office of the Commissioner of his reply-letters to various requests of revenue officials and employees for certified true copy or copies of certain documents or certification as to the real properties of certain individuals and other requests of similar nature. Such requests have not been acted upon favorably by the LRA Administrator for lack of indorsement by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, citing LRA Circular No. 19-2012 dated 10 July 2012, which provides that:
"Any official request for certified true copy of any document and/or subpoena for production of documents from any branch, department, regional or local office of any government agency, must be indorsed by the head of the agency concerned to the Office of the Administrator or to the Registry of Deeds."
