OBJECTIVES
1. To better service the tax compliance needs of taxpayers and businesses in Boracay, Malay, Aklan.
2. To enhance the effectiveness of BIR's supervision and control as well as the enforcement of tax laws, rules and regulations over taxpayers and businesses in Boracay.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Regional Director, RR 11 is hereby authorized to:
1. Assign as many revenue officers and personnel in Boracay as are necessary to achieve the objectives of this Order.
2. To rent or lease office space for the conduct of BIR business in the area.
3. To issue written orders for the conduct of administrative and operational activities in the area.
