November 20, 2017BANK BULLETIN NO. 17-17SUBJECT:Delayed Transmission of Collection Reports by Authorized Agent Banks TO:All Authorized Agent Banks In connection with the transmission of collection reports by Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) to the Bureau of Internal Revenue's (BIR's) Revenue Data Centers (RDCs), all AABs are hereby reminded of Bank Bulletin No. 2014-17 which provide the manner of sending Batch Control Sheet (BCS) files of collection reports, through the assigned e-mail accounts, to their respective RDCs in case of difficulties in the BIR's Electronic Data Transmission facility. Likewise, all AABs are also advised to refrain from directly furnishing the Revenue District Offices (RDOs) with copies of the daily collection reports through a Universal Serial Bus (USB) or other forms of storage unit device, and/or promptly informing the RDOs through telephone calls, in order to ensure the integrity of the collection reports.For your guidance and strict compliance.(SGD.)
