May 18, 2020REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY NO. 002-20SUBJECT  : Delegation of Authority to Sign Certificate of Tax Exemption and Rulings for Energy Related Projects   TO : All Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned The exigencies of the service so requiring, and to enhance administrative efficiency in addressing taxpayer's request for Certificate of Tax Exemption (CTE)/Rulings on energy-related projects, in compliance with the requirement under Republic Act (RA) No. 11234 otherwise known as, the "Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop Act," the authority to sign CTEs/Rulings on energy related projects, as defined under RA No. 11234, is hereby delegated to the Assistant Commissioner, Legal Service.
