June 14, 2002REVENUE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 04-02SUBJECT:Delegation of Authority to Sign Documents and Correspondence from Divisions under Information Systems Operations Service TO:All Revenue Officials and EmployeesI. OBJECTIVESThis Order is issued to reduce incidence of "red tape" in line with the streamlining of operations at the Bureau of Internal Revenue pursuant to Executive Order No. 175 and partly amended by Executive Order No. 306 and in support of President Arroyo's State of the Nation Address. II. DELEGATION OF AUTHORITYTo achieve the above objectives, authority to sign certain documents and correspondence relative to Information Systems Operations Service matters is hereby delegated to the officials enumerated in the attached matrices.In the event that the official authorized to sign a certain document is on leave, or on official travel, his/her immediate subordinate officer shall sign the document. Copies of all documents signed by said subordinate officer shall be provided to his immediate superior, for the latter's information prior to filing/safekeeping. III. REPEALING CLAUSEThis Order supersedes all issuances or portions thereof inconsistent with this Order. IV. EFFECTIVITYThis Order shall take...
