October 15, 2019REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 06-19 SUBJECT:Delegation of Authority to Sign Letter Reply to Requests for Information Covered by Section 270 of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997, as Amended   TO:All Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned The exigencies of the service so requiring, and to enhance administrative efficiency in addressing taxpayer's request for BIR Ruling on certain issues, the authority to sign denial of requests for information covered by Section 270 of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997, as amended, is hereby delegated to the Deputy Commissioner, Legal Group.
