DELEGATED AUTHORITY
Pursuant to Section 7, of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997 on the Authority of the Commissioner to Delegate Power, the signing of Letters of Authority issued pursuant to RSO No. 164-2003, dated April 10, 2003 is hereby delegated to Project Manager Jose Mario C. Buñag, Deputy Commissioner for Legal and Inspection Group.
