In the exigency of the revenue service, the following revenue officials are hereby designated as signatories to the List of Actual Retirees to Be Paid (LARP) for Terminal Leave and Retirement Gratuity Benefits of bureau personnel (Annex B of Department of Budget and Management Budget Circular No. 2013-1 dated April 12, 2013) to support the Special Budget Request (SBR) as required by the DBM pursuant to the above mentioned circular, to wit:
