No. 10360, dated January 14, 2013, also known as, "An Act Creating the Province of Davao Occidental," created the Province of Davao Occidental from then Province of Davao del Sur. The territorial jurisdiction of the Province of Davao Occidental shall be within the present metes and bounds of all the municipalities that comprise therewith. AcICHDIn connection with R.A.
