November 18, 2019BANK BULLETIN NO. 019-19TO:All BIR Authorized Agent Banks   SUBJECT:Extension of Deadline in the Acceptance of Tax Returns and Payment of Internal Revenue Taxes of Taxpayers in the Province of Isabela In view of the issuance of Provincial Executive Order No. 56 by the Provincial Government of Isabela declaring November 15, 2019 as a Special Non-Working Holiday for the whole province of Isabela to ensure the safety of its people from the expected effects of tropical depression "Ramon," the deadline for the filing and payment of tax returns that are due on November 15, 2019 has been extended to November 18, 2019. All Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) are hereby advised to accept tax payments from the taxpayers under the jurisdiction of Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 15-Naguilian, Isabela without imposing penalties for their tax returns that are due on November 15, 2019, provided that they file and pay the same on November 18, 2019.For your guidance and strict compliance.(SGD.)
