For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned, attached is the letter dated March 2, 2020 from Rolando Enrique D. Domingo, Undersecretary of Health and Officer-In-Charge (OIC) Director General of FDA, and the copy of the "List of Prescription Drugs and Medicines for Diabetes, High-Cholesterol and Hypertension Exempt from VAT beginning January 27, 2020."
All concerned are hereby enjoined to be guided accordingly and give this Circular as wide a publicity as possible.
