September 12, 2018BANK BULLETIN NO. 23-18TO:All BIR Authorized Agent Banks   SUBJECT:Intermittent Accessibility/Availability of the Bureau's Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS) In view of the intermittent accessibility/availability of the Bureau's Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS) encountered by the taxpayers mandated to use the same since September 10, 2018, they were advised to use the eBIRForms facilities of the Bureau in the filing of the requisite tax return, particularly BIR Form Nos. 1600, 1601-C, 0619-E and 0619-F, and pay the tax due thereon either electronically or manually through Authorized Agent Banks (AABs)' Over-the-Counter facilities under the jurisdiction of the Revenue District Office (RDO) where they are registered. acEHCDHence, all AABs are advised not to refuse payments of the aforesaid taxpayers. These taxpayers shall present the generated tax return filed through eBIRForms or the print-out of the Email notification confirming the receipt of the tax return filed. AABs shall not require these taxpayers to proceed first to the RDO for manual payment approval prior to acceptance of the payment.For your guidance and strict compliance. (SGD.) CELIA...
