Notice is hereby given of the loss of 1 pad, Revenue Official Receipts, B.I.R. Form No. 25.24, to wit:

The above Official Receipts were included among the Receipts shipped to the Collection Agent, Bayang, Lanao del Sur on February 2, 1962, but said Official reported that he did not receive them. Presumably, they were lost in transit.
Internal revenue officers and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of these Official Receipts is found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. digest
