No Leave of Absence (3 to 17 April 2017)

February 10, 2017 BIR MEMORANDUM TO : All Deputy Commissioners     All Assistant Commissioners     All Head Revenue Executive Assistants     All Regional Directors & Assistant Regional Directors     All Revenue District Officers & Assistant Revenue District Officers     All Division Chiefs & Assistant Division Chiefs     All Other Revenue Officials & Employees Concerned   The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring, no leave of absence shall be authorized within the Bureau throughout the tax filing season, specifically for the period April 03 to 17, 2017, to ensure that our tax collection efforts are not interrupted simply due to absences of officials and personnel.  In line therewith, everyone is enjoined to give his/her utmost cooperation and service during the aforesaid period to ensure the smooth flow of work within the Bureau, and to ensure that queries or concerns of the taxpayers are immediately addressed, to the end that the process of filing of returns and payment of taxes could be made most convenient for the taxpayers.
