This is to supplement Bank Bulletin No. 2019-04 dated March 11, 2019 with regard to the intermittent/unavailability of the Bureau's electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS) due to certain technical problems where all eFPS taxpayers have been instructed to file their tax returns using the eBIRForms or to file and pay their corresponding taxes "over-the-counter" with their respective Authorized Agent Banks (AABs). All Large Taxpayers under RDOs 116, 125, 126, 121, 123, 124, 127 are hereby advised to make "over-the-counter" payments for taxes being paid through the eFPS which deadlines fall from March 11 onwards only at the following AABs namely: Philippine National Bank (PNB) Head Office-Pasay, Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP)-East Avenue Branch and Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP)-Quezon Avenue Branch.
