Mateo. WHEREAS, urban growth and progressive redistribution of wealth, the main thrusts of the CITY GOVERNMENT, calls for a rational, more profitable and fruitful endeavor to attain self-reliance, a consistent and practical delivery of services, the enforcement and effective prosecution of social, environmental and economic development projects; WHEREAS, to ensure the maintenance, completion, promotion and operation of the socio-economic development projects initiated by the city government, it is highly imperative to maximize revenue collections of the City Administration and its integrated development machinery; WHEREAS, to attain this objective, without unduly disturbing the initiative and growth of business, trade and industry, the need for coordinating into one effective code all the revenue resources in the City Government becomes imperative;NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Government of Pasay acting thru its City Mayor pursuant...
