January 16, 1964REVENUE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 01-64SUBJECT:Prescribing the Wearing of Uniforms by All Officials and Employees of the Bureau of Internal Revenue In accordance with the desire of the Honorable, the Secretary of Finance to have all officials and employees under the Department (Proper) and the bureaus and offices under it to wear uniforms, the following sets of uniforms are hereby prescribed for the use of all officials and employees of the Bureau of Internal Revenue: cdtiI. For male employees:A. From Section Chief up:1. White shirt (long or short sleeve) with tie2. Barong tagalog — optional3. Coat — optionalB. Clerical force:1. White shirt, short sleeve — tie optional2. Barong tagalog — optionalC. Painters, mechanics, plumbers, electricians, gardeners, janitors:1. Plain denim pants and white collared skipperII. For female employees:Please see attached sketchStrict compliance with the requirements of this Order by all officials and employees of this Bureau is hereby earnestly required.
