Pursuant to the implementation of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 11213 or the Act of Enhancing Administration and Collection by Granting an Amnesty on All Unpaid Internal Revenue Taxes Imposed by the National Government for Taxable Year 2017 and Prior Years with Respect to Estate Tax, Other Internal Revenue Taxes and Tax on Delinquencies and as provided for in Revenue Memorandum Order No. 19-2019, below is the new tax type code for the acceptance payment form 0621-EA Estate Tax Amnesty:

In view thereof, all AABs are hereby advised to accept BIR Form No. 0621-EA (September 2019 version) with its corresponding tax type as the payment form for Estate Tax Amnesty.
