For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officials, employees and others concerned, this Circular is being issued to publish and disseminate the Civil Service Commission MC No. 15, s. 2020 dated July 9, 2020, re: Amendment to Section 38 of Omnibus Rules on Leave (Amended by CSC MC No. 41, s. 1998).
All revenue officials, employees, and others concerned are hereby enjoined to be guided accordingly and give this Circular as wide publicity as possible. CAIHTE
