October 9, 2012BIR MEMORANDUMTO:All Motorcycle Riding Revenue Personnel Who Registered with the Human Resource Development Service   SUBJECT:RA No. 10054 (Motorcycle Helmet Law) This has reference to our earlier memorandum dated September 24, 2012 regarding RA No. 10054 or the Motorcycle Helmet Law on the processing of applications and stickering of the Philippine Standard Mark or ICC sticker for motorcycle helmet. As per coordination with the Bureau of Product Standards (BPS) of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), please be informed that they have allotted a one-day on-site helmet validation and affixing of ICC stickers for all registered motorcycle riding bureau personnel which is scheduled on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 starting 8:00 am at the BIR Covered Basketball Court. This will be on a first come, first serve basis.The concerned revenue personnel are requested to bring the following on said date:• BIR Identification Card• Two (2) accomplished registration forms per helmet• Helmet with proper identification of the ownerYou can get your registration forms with Ms. Emily B.
