Reiteration of Relevant Policies on the Acceptance of Annual Income Tax Returns and Payments

June 10, 2020BANK BULLETIN NO. 008-20TO : All Authorized Agent Banks   SUBJECT : Reiteration of Relevant Policies on the Acceptance of Annual Income Tax Returns and Payments This bank bulletin is issued to reiterate the relevant responsibilities of the AABs pertaining to the acceptance of annual income tax returns (AITR) for Calendar Year 2019 and the corresponding payments of taxes due thereon as follows:1. To accept AITR until June 15, 2020, since June 14, 2020 fall on a weekend, the deadline automatically moved to the next working day which is June 15, 2020;2. To extend banking hours until 5:00 P.M. on the acceptance of AITR, until June 15, 2020; and HTcADC3. Accept the tax payments from taxpayers who are already within the bank's premises by the close of the said extended banking hour.For your guidance and strict compliance.(SGD.)
