October 17, 2018REVENUE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 004-18SUBJECT:Renaming of Revenue District Office No. 87-Catbalogan City, Samar to Calbayog City, Samar   TO:All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees I. OBJECTIVE:This Order is issued to inform all concerned of the renaming of Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 87-Catbalogan City, Samar to Calbayog City, Samar. It also aims to eliminate possible confusion which may contribute to the delay and/or difficulty on the part of taxpayers in availing our services in said district. HCaDISII. OFFICE LOCATION:In view of the transfer of RDO No. 87 from Catbalogan City, Samar to Calbayog City, Samar, the district office is hereby renamed to RDO No. 87-Calbayog City, Samar consistent with its new location at BIR Building, Barangay Bagacay, Calbayog City, Samar.III. REPEALING CLAUSE:This Order repeals and/or amends accordingly pertinent provisions of RAO No. 1-2017 dated April 26, 2017 and all other revenue issuances or portions thereof inconsistent herewith. aCIHcDIV. EFFECTIVITY:This Order shall take effect immediately.(SGD.)
