REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 20-62
The 5th Management Supervision Seminar in the Bureau of Internal Revenue which is being held at the initiative of the Department of Finance and implemented by the Management and Planning Department through the Training Division with the technical assistance of the Management Service of the Budget Commission will be conducted in Cebu City from May 14 to May 25, 1962 with Chiefs of Branches and Provincial Revenue Officers of Districts Nos. 7 and 8 as participants. The seminar which has involved all ranking officials in the National Office is intended to acquaint all supervisors with management techniques and place them in a better position to initiate improvement in their respective offices. Sessions will be held everyday from 8:00 to 10:00 A. M. and 2:00 to 4:00 P. M. except as otherwise indicated in the attached seminar schedule. The Regional Director of Regional District No. 7 shall provide adequate training room and necessary facilities and clerical help.
