June 19, 2019REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 02-19In line with the implementation of Republic Act (RA) No. 11032, otherwise known as the "Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018" and the recommendation of the OECD Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes, to further streamline the EOI processes to be able to respond to all requests in a timely manner and to implement the internationally-agreed standards of the Exchange of Information on Request, as the exigencies of the service so require, the following EOI documents are ordered to be approved and/or signed by the concerned officials: CAIHTE EOI DocumentsSignatory1.Acknowledgement Letter to Foreign Tax AuthorityDivision Chief, International Tax Affairs Division2.Letter to Government AgenciesAssistant Commissioner (ACIR), Legal Service3Letter to BIR OfficesACIR, Legal Service4.Partial Reply to Foreign Tax AuthorityACIR, Legal Service All other issuances or portions thereof not consistent with this Order are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.This Order shall take effect immediately.(SGD.)
