October 24, 2017REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 03-17TO:All Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned  The exigencies of the service so requiring, and to enhance administrative efficiency in addressing taxpayer's request for approval of certain issues, the authority to act on and approve qualified Reasonable Benefit Retirement Plans within the contemplation of Section 32 (B) (6) (a) of the Tax Code,as amended, and issue the appropriate Certificate of Tax Exemption thereof, for the period from October 25 to December 31, 2017, is hereby delegated to Deputy Commissioner Celia C.
