In order to expedite the settlement of all grievances in the Bureau, you are hereby reminded to strictly adhere to the grievance procedures as stated hereunder:VI. Grievance ProceduresThe procedures for seeking redress of grievances shall be as follows:1. Discussion with immediate supervisor.2. Appeal to the Higher Supervisor.3. Appeal to the National/Regional Grievance Committee.4. Appeal to Management Committee (MANCOM).5. Appeal to the Civil Service Commission Field/Regional Office.
