This advisory is in view of the letter of Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) dated February 03, 2012 informing the Bureau of Internal Revenue of the issuance of Monetary Board Resolution No. 160 dated February 02, 2012 which prohibited RURAL BANK OF GIGAQUIT (SURIGAO DEL NORTE), INC. with Office address at San Isidro, Gigaquit, Surigao del Norte from doing business in the Philippines and placed the same under receivership with the PDIC as the designated Receiver.
