February 2, 2009REVENUE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 002-09SUBJECT:Splitting of Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 17 Tarlac City, Tarlac, RDO No. 21-San Fernando City, Pampanga, RDO No. 23-Cabanatuan City and RDO No. 113-Davao City and Redefining Their Areas of Jurisdiction   TO:All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees I. OBJECTIVES:This Order is issued to:1) Prescribe the splitting of RDO No. 17-Tarlac City, Tarlac, RDO No. 21-San Fernando City, Pampanga, RDO No. 23-Cabanatuan City and RDO No. 113-Davao City and redefine the jurisdictional boundaries of the newly restructured/established RDOs. AaECSH2) Strengthen the decentralization of the Bureau's set-up for the purpose of maximizing revenue collections and tax assessments, intensifying enforcement of revenue laws and regulations and bringing the revenue service closer to the taxpaying public.II. DELINEATION OF AREAS OF JURISDICTION:The areas of jurisdiction of the newly restructured/established RDOs as a result of the splitting shall be as follows:1. RDO No. 17A-Tarlac City, Tarlac — shall be composed of Bamban, Concepcion, Capas, La Paz, San Jose, Tarlac City and Victoria;2. RDO No. 17B-Paniqui, Tarlac — shall be composed of San Manuel, Anao,...
