I. OBJECTIVE
This Order aims to delineate the organizational setup, functions, and responsibilities of the Human Resource Development Service (HRDS) in line with the Bureau's vision, mission, goals, and strategies as articulated in the Tax Administration Strategic Plan (TASP) and pursuant to the implementation of Executive Order No. 132, Streamlining the Bureau of the Internal Revenue.
II. ORGANIZATIONAL SETUP
The Human Resource Development Service shall have the following Divisions and respective Sections:
