December 9, 2010BIR MEMORANDUMTO:All Deputy Commissioners Assistant Commissioners, Large Taxpayers Service (Regular and Excise) and Policy and Planning Service SUBJECT:Streamlining the Reportorial Requirement It is our desire to relieve our field offices with various requests for reports/data to afford them more time to focus on more urgent and important tasks yet we want to ensure that the much needed data and information are available on time for top management use in the planning and decision making processes. DaTICEIn order to achieve the above objectives, it is imperative to streamline the reports being prepared and submitted by all offices. Likewise, we encourage sharing of information/data amongst the offices inside and outside functional groups.To effectively carry out the streamlining of reports such that there will be no duplication of reports and only those information currently needed shall be required, you are directed to review the reports required by your offices pursuant to various issuances such as Revenue Memorandum Orders (RMOs) and unnumbered memos.
