| SUBJECT | : | Submission of Approved Terms of Reference (TOR), Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), Signed Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Signed Abstract of Quotations Including Documentary Requirements per COA Circular Nos. 2009-001 Dated February 12, 2009 and 2012-001 Dated June 14, 2012 for All Projects/Programs Included in the Approved Annual Procurement Plan for CY 2013 |
To promote transparency in the procurement process and in the implementation of procurement contracts through wide dissemination of bid opportunities and give equal opportunities for private parties to participate in public bidding, may we request for the submission of the following documents for all Projects/Programs included in the approved Annual Procurement Plan for CY 2013: ASHECD
1. Approved Terms of Reference (TOR);
2. Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC);
3. Signed Request for Quotations from at least three (3) Suppliers/Contractors;
4. Signed Abstract of Quotations;
5. Documentary requirements per COA Circular No. 2009-001 dated February 12, 2009 (Annexes "A to T" — whichever is applicable); and
